How it fits into your clinic
Essential is designed for clinics that want to add a hyperbaric chamber without turning the space into a technical room. Its working pressure of 1.3 to 1.5 ATA places it in the range the literature calls “mild” or low-pressure hyperbaric therapy, the most common in aesthetic clinics. Even so, it is a class IIb medical device and its use is a medical act.
The vertical format allows it to be installed in small rooms with the patient seated. The horizontal format prioritises comfort in long sessions. In both cases, the upholstered interior, lighting and audio system are designed so that the session becomes part of the centre's premium experience.
Something you should know before choosing
The European hyperbaric medicine societies (ECHM and EUBS) call chambers working with up to about 0.5 bar of overpressure (around 1.5 ATA) “low-pressure” chambers, and point out that all of them, whatever their pressure, are class IIb medical devices that must be used under medical supervision and for scientifically supported indications. We explain it in detail in our guide to choosing a chamber, so that the model matches what your centre wants to offer.
What the project includes
- Advice on choosing configuration, format and finishes
- Technical data sheet and equipment documentation (CE marking as a class IIb medical device)
- Guidance on the centre's healthcare licence
- Transport, installation and commissioning
- Training for the medical and technical team
- Preventive maintenance plan and technical service
The indication and use of hyperbaric oxygenation are always the responsibility of the centre's healthcare professional. This page describes equipment and its technical characteristics; it makes no therapeutic claims. The final specifications are those in the technical data sheet and the signed proposal.
